Question... I need you (bloggers) to help me with this.

I recently saw that I have a lot of views but these views are directed from a different blog. Where while reading this blog, my stories/posts are there and these are being posted by the blogger as his.

Now, I just need your help on this. Is it okay for that blogger to post my stories on his blog as his? My stories are very personal since these are based on my real life experience and story so if someone posts this as his, that will now be a fiction and I would truly feel bad if this would be so.

Can you advise me as to what can I do on this because I am so discouraged to write if this keeps on happening because someone will just ruin its sense?

Or, is it okay for others to post my posts as theirs? I'm a new blogger so if you can explain this to me, I would appreciate it.

  1. You should call the attention of the person re-posting your posts. It would also help if you can make a disclaimer and blog policy page on this blog.
RSS re-post and automatic post forwarding is sometimes ok provided your name and a link to your blog is clearly indicated. If not, that is plagiarism and content theft.
Nice honest blog you got here. Keep it up!

  2. whatever we write in our blogs weren't actually copyrighted, so basically wala kang habol dun. just tell that person to have you credited for your own work.

  3. The comments and suggestions of the guys above are very true. I suggest you make a disclaimer of your work and make a note that you are the authentic onwer of the stories. Anyway, you are the brain of these stories. Having a copycat just means that you really are a nice writer/blogger. If ever, you may also talk to the person you are pertaining to and ask him to give credit to your work. But the fact that he is claiming your stories to be his, that's just pure plagiarism... Anyway, good luck Angel.nicely done! :) kudos from your fellow blogger. :)
