For the Future Employees... Just few Tips Before Taking the Job

Just wanted to share some tips to you guys.

The reason I came up with this is that when I first worked when I was 18 years old, I came to a lot of employment bloopers, and there are even times that I felt I was scammed or deceived.

Tip # 1
As much as possible, don't settle on contractual or project-based contracts.

Explanation: Most companies nowadays are taking advantage of project-basis or contractual-basis kind of jobs. For fresh-graduates this will be eye-catching because it offers you work right away. But mind you, project-basis / contractual basis kind of job is not the best you can have. Why? Because you have a very minimum to zero percent chance of getting promotion and salary increase.

Most of the companies hire employees and put them to 3 month contract and then they will tell you afterwards that your contract has ended and that you have to wait for their call for them to hire you if they have openings. However, the bad thing about this is that most of the time, they do have opening and they would show you as if you should be grateful for them hiring you again or getting you a slot.

Also, they will tell you that you can't be promoted because you are contractual only when in fact sometimes, your years being contractual has been longer than some of their employees that have been promoted.

Guys, let's all greet my avid follower Harvey. Birthday niya today. I posted today as a gift to him... HAPPY BIRTHDAY HARVEY!!!

Pagkatapos ng matinding Halloween Party na iyon ay wala nang masyadong nangyari sa amin nina Mike at Ryan. Naging civil lang ang pakikitunguhan namin sa choir room dahil ako man din ay busy kasama sina James at Rod dahil nag-rereview kami.

Malapit na ang na-delay na 2nd Grading exam kaya ayun kailangan naming mag-review.

Ako kasi ang tao na ang review ay review. Naiinis kasi ako sa mga kaklase ko na ang review nila ay aral talaga. Iyong tipong pag sa klase ay parang naiintindihan nila ang sinasabi ng guro tapos pag tinanong kung may tanong ay walang magtatanong. Tapos pagdating sa bahay ay magbabasa ng notes nila at magtatawagan sa kaklase nila at magpapa-explain dahil di nila naiintindihan.

Salungat naman kami nina James at Rod, mahilig kaming magtanong kapag patapos na ang klase dahil ayaw ko kasi na pagkatapos ng klase ay magtatanungan dahil di naman ako sigurado kung tama ang sinasabi o paliwanag ng iba. Mas mabuti na iyong sa teacher ka na magtanong.

Kaya pag sinabi namin review, di yun nagbabasa. Close notes muna. Para kaming nasa quiz bee na tatlo, pukulan ng tanong at kapag di nasagot o alam ay saka lang titingin sa notes.

Ginagawa naming laro ang review para di boring. Ang ginagawa nga namin ay kapag may nakalimot ng sagot ay lalagyan ng lipstick sa mukha. Ginamit pa naming lipstick yung lumang lipstick ni Tita Monette, nanay ni Rod. Medyo may kalumaan na kaya medyo mabaho at makati sa mukha. Parusa talaga yun lalo na kapag nalagyan ka sa ilalim ng ilong mo.

Biglang lumakas ang kabog sa dibdib ni Ryan. Para mapatahan siya ay hinawakan ko siya sa batok at pinatayo ng tuwid. Dinilaan ko ang batok niya.

"Aaaaahhh!" ungol nito sabay hawak ng ari ko sa likod niya.

11. Zac Efron... I know many teens and girls would agree to me that Zac Efron is one hot guy. I first saw him in High School Musical 1, 2 and 3. After that I begin to worship his body. He is the best twink I have ever seen. His body is not muscular but not thin. He's lean but his abs and biceps are so chiseled. Para talaga siyang inukit na lalaki. His tan is also an add-on to his manliness. Aside from the fact that he is a good actor, singer and dancer. Being a dancer may be the reason that he got this AWESOME body. I always wanna kiss his abs. I also love his eyes a lot... Just stare at it for hours...

20. Daniel Matsunaga.... Hmmmm... I really like him a lot... His cute face and his AWESOME Body. I like his being a Brazilian-Japanese Actor. I first saw him in GMA7's Fantaserye The Last Prince. Although Aljur Abrenica was the lead actor here, I watched the series because of Daniel. His face is so angelic. Also, among the 3 Brapanese (Akihiro, Fabio and Daniel) I like Daniel the most. I also like the way he speaks. He speaks better than AKihiro and Fabio. I so envy Heart that she has been kissing, hugging, and fornicating with Daniel.
